Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi terkait penerbangan VFR dari Palangka Raya menuju Banjarmasin atau sebaliknya terbang secara direct akibat tidak tersedianya Route antara Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut dengan Syamsudin Noor serta membuat rancangan sebagai solusi tersebut. Metode penelitian digunakan yaitu metode dan pengembangan level satu teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, studi literature dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian verifikasi bahan referensi.
